If I miss the tour, can I go straight to the museum?
No, the tickets to enter the museum are given to you by your guide. You must be with your ExperienceFirst tour guide to enter the museum. The visit inside the museum is self-guided.
When should I get there?
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before the tour start time. The tour will start on time and we cannot wait for latecomers. We ask that you are conscious of the fact that your entry time into the museum is time sensitive.
What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine. If there’s extreme weather and we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund.
