Important information
How much walking is there?
This tour covers about 1 mile at a leisurely pace. When we’re inside the stadium, we’ll have headsets so you can clearly hear your guide.
Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, this tour isn’t wheelchair accessible.
Is there luggage storage at the Bernabéu Stadium?
There are no cloakroom or locker facilities, so visitors with suitcases or large luggage will be denied access.
Can I stay longer in the stadium when the tour ends?
Guests aren’t allowed to stay in the stadium after the tour. Also, the Real Madrid Museum is composed of three floors, and once you finish one, returning to a previous floor isn’t allowed.
Can I access the pitch and changing rooms?
Yes, you can visit the pitch-side benches and changing rooms on most days. Access is not possible on the days before, during, or after a home game.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. We offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours aren't eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
When should I get there?
Plan to show up 15 minutes early. The tour starts promptly, and you may not be able to catch up if you arrive late.
Can the itinerary change?
Currently, the itinerary is temporarily reduced due to refurbishment work that limits access to the presidential box and press room. Access to certain areas is subject to the stadium’s discretion, but your guide will ensure you get to explore as much as possible within the open sections.
Are gratuities included?
Tips aren’t included but are always appreciated by our guides. If you think your guide did an outstanding job, a tip is a great way to show that.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! If you want to give the gift of Madrid (or any of our destinations) to someone else, you can purchase a tour gift card. Our gift cards are good for any of our tours, and they never expire.
